Patricia AnnACKROYDPat died peacefully on 28th June, aged 86, surround by her family.
Dearly loved wife of Tony, loving mother of Jane and adored grandmother of Lauren and Edward.
We would like to thank the medical staff and Trinity Hospice team for their dedicated care given on the AMU ward at Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
A private cremation took place on 24th July at Lytham Park Crematorium.
Thanks to Canon Godfrey Hirst and Dawn and team at Roland L. Whitehead and Daughter for their expert help and compassionate care, and a lovely service for a special lady.
